Our Programs
Epitome of Epilepsy will offer the latest updates with epilepsy and or seizures. New medication, surgery and healthy diets living with epilepsy. We will also offer a mentor for parents of children who have epilepsy as well as a mentor for someone who lives with epilepsy. This will be live a support group amongst the epilepsy community.

Support Groups
Epitome of Epilepsy would be able to bring outreach and support to others living with epilepsy in our community. This can mean parents helping parents being a source of strength. Check-in calls, zoom calls, paint therapy are things EOE will stand on. Community, togetherness and family, for everyone.

Healthy Diets
Your overall health can affect your seizure control. Paying attention to your body along with staying healthy is a key part to managing seizures. Which can mean how our epilepsy affects our health. Paying attention to your triggers is important for seizure management. Exercising and diet, nutrition, sleep, stress, and most importantly emotional health.

Mentorship Services
Epitome of Epilepsy offers a mentorship program for people living with epilepsy as well as caregivers. This is our way of having a strong support system in place. Having another person who knows exactly what you’re going through and can give you that boost of confidence to keep pushing.
