Bringing awareness to Epilepsy especially in the African American Community. We will not be defined for Convulsions, Tremors,Hand Shaking or any other characteristics of Epilepsy. We are conscious of the fact that Seizure disorder is not as prevalent as MS or other types of disabilities, but it is just as important. This organization will provide Panel discussions, Epilepsy walks, and The importance of Educating institutions and the Work Force on how to make accommodations and or training techniques. We invite passionate individuals to become ambassadors for our mission, supporting epilepsy awareness and advancing our efforts to improve the lives of those affected. As an ambassador, you will play a key role in spreading awareness, building community, and making a meaningful impact. Below are the requirements and benefits of joining this important program:
Ambassador Program Requirements:
Host an Event Annually

Organize one epilepsy awareness event in your city each year, such as a fundraiser, educational seminar, or community outreach activity.
Attend Monthly Support Group Meetings

Participate in at least 6 support group meetings per year to stay connected with the community and learn more about epilepsy.
Promote Epilepsy Awareness

Help raise awareness by promoting our initiatives on your social media platforms, sharing posts, writing blogs, or speaking at local events.
Engage with Local Health Professionals & Organizations

Connect with local healthcare providers and organizations to help spread our mission and connect more people to our services.
Act as a Resource for Others

Offer support to individuals and families affected by epilepsy by sharing information, providing resources, or connecting them to professional services.
Report Activities

Submit an annual summary of your involvement, detailing events, outreach, and campaigns you've participated in.
